I have found it very hard to get nutrition in during my busy work day, and that is when I decided to try smoothies and nutritional juices for lunch! After a little research and trial and error, I have discovered a few juices and smoothies that are absolutely delish and are also packed with tons of nutritional value.
Green Super Juice
I love this juice because it includes a few super rich nutritional ingredients for a powerful boost and internal cleanse. Kale is one of the most nutrient dense foods on the planet as it is loaded with powerful antioxidants like quercetin and kaempferol. 5 Medium Strawberries
10 oz of Coconut Water
