Thanks to The Peabody Hotel in Memphis, TN, I got to end my 2016 feeling like a lovely debutante! The Feathers Salon and Spa at the Peabody provides service fit for a queen, except you don’t have to be royalty to be given the royal treatment.
Katie has been licensed for 10 years and she was lucky enough to have a hand on the developing side of the new Peabody Feathers Spa. She did a special facial treatment targeting my very dry skin. She exfoliated before she went back in with an antioxidant serum and their Timeless Caviar mask to help with rehydrating the skin. The products smelled amazing and even helped to relax me even more. The line that they use is Pevonia, which is a all natural botanical line primarily derived from plants. I loved the day cream that had marine algae, my favorite skincare ingredient, as it’s primary active ingredient.
Katie is not just a master esthetician, while my mask soaked in and dried, Katie massaged my arms which even furthered the relaxation portion of the treatment.
After my facial, I was escorted into the salon where Lauren awaited to style me up! Lauren has been licensed in hair for 5 years and has been doing makeup since middle school! I was IN LOVE with the vintage up-do that she created for me. She played on the hues within my strands to create a real masterpiece.
