The Bluff City Lights ladies are at it again. This time we are on a health kick with a great Pure Barre workout. I have to admit, I was definitely the LEAST in shape. I am going to blame it on pregnancy to make myself feel better. haha With a few years in ballet and being someone who has worked out my whole life, I honestly thought this class would be a piece of cake. WRONG!
Pure Barre is a true challenge! I love all the variations within the class. We did barre work, floor work, resistance bands and balls, as well as a great cool down stretch session.
I love that this class not only tones but like ballet, it helps to create a longer, leaner look. During the class, there are multiple times where we stretch the muscle group that we worked.
