My New Favorite Shampoo & Conditioner feat. Pureology

Pureology sent me a gift box of hair products to try and I have to admit, I fell in love! I’m not sure how to explain it’s greatness, but I will try…

I have seen these products before but have perused past them in the aisles because I have never really heard about them. It wasn’t until my gal pal, PIP Megan sent my address and hair type to her friend who works for the company and they sent me a gift box. These three products were inside. I wanted to make sure I had ample time without being interrupted by hubby or baby to really try these products fully. When it was nap time at home, I snuck into the shower with my Pureology.

First the shampoo, it smelled very clean and fresh. Not fruity, synthetic, or soapy, just fresh. A very pleasant scent. Then the conditioner, it was kind of a shock. You normally expect the conditioner to smell like it’s matching counterpart but this conditioner was different! It had a very minty smell and was invigorating to the scalp when I rubbed it in. I immediately thought tea tree oil, but unlike most tea tree products, it did not leave my hair dry and tangly. I got right out of the shower and easily ran a brush through my hair, which is normally super knotted. Lastly, the air dry cream. I usually do not air dry my hair, but it is nice on lounge days to skip the tools. This cream smelled slightly fruity and the scent lasted all day long. I kept pulling my hair up to my nose to catch a sniff. These products will take you on a journey, I know it sounds crazy, but if you allow yourself enough time to really experience them you will be pleasantly surprised! This is now my new go to shampoo.
