5 Fall Tablescape Ideas

Setting a pretty Thanksgiving table scape shouldn’t be harder than cooking the meal, so today I’m going to give you 5 Fall table setting ideas you’re bound to love. From neutral fall decor to more intricate Thanksgiving centerpieces, and even a spooky fun halloween set up, there’s a table scape for every family to enjoy. Keep scrolling!

SIMPLE AND NEUTRAL TABLESCAPE

Neutral is one of the most popular and renowned color themes when it comes to fall home decor. There are lots of neutral shades to choose from including beige, ivory, taupe, black, grey, white to name a few. Add pretty pillar candles, wooden candlesticks and chargers, pears, apples, and fall leaves to create the neutral table scape of your dreams! Wheat stalks are also a good idea for a simple centerpiece that will effortlessly blend right in.

RUSTIC AND FARMHOUSE TABLESCAPE

If you’re home exudes a rustic farmhouse feel, this is the perfect table scape idea for you! There are so many ways to decorate for this one. Add antlers and pine cones to a mostly neutral color palette to create the perfect mix of country chic. Use greenery, wheat stalks, and cotton for a beautiful centerpiece or runner. Also, place a plate on top of each charger that spells out grateful or thankful in a fitting script font.

GOLD AND GLAM TABLESCAPE

It’s amazing what gold spray paint can do to transform simple decor pieces into the perfect glam table scape items. You can spray paint almost anything! First, use a neutral burlap runner so those glam and gold pieces will shine and stand out. Purchase your favorite pieces, whether that be different sized pumpkins, berries, or pine cones, and spray them metallic gold if they aren’t already! Sprinkle a few votive candle holders along the runner, and you’ve created a simple yet glam gold table scape.

POPS OF COLOR TABLESCAPE

Speaking of pops of color, this table scape style is one of my all-time favorites because there are so many ways to decorate with color. Depending on which color pallet you go for, the possibilities are endless. Use blues for a coastal thanksgiving table scape, bright oranges and yellows for a vibrant fall table scape, or purples and greens for a Halloween thanks giving table scape just to throw out a few ideas. If you’re using brighter colors for your table setting, have fun with it… your guests will love this idea!

PERSONALIZED TABLESCAPE

If you have kids in your family or extended family who will be attending your holiday dinner, add a little fun to your setting. Choose kraft paper as your tablecloth and throw a few washable markers on the table. Have fun letting everyone draw pictures of or write down what they are thankful for right on the kraft paper tablecloth! Also, the last thing you want to worry about are messes and spills from kiddos, so using a kraft paper tablecloth prevents your great-grandmother’s linens from getting permanently stained! Super easy cleanup and entertainment all in one! Add a few pops of color to by using mini pumpkins at each place setting!

SPOOKY TABLESCAPE

If you will be throwing a fun Halloween shindig, the right decor makes everything more exciting for kids and adults alike! I love a little spooky glam with scary objects splashed in glitter and metallic. Even a few mock potion bottles for holding water or libations spices up the vibe.
