Memphis Fashion Week is upon us and this year is going to be one that will be hard to top! Our blogging group Bluff City Lights is hosting many of the events, my shop The Ivory Closet will be showcasing our top styles for spring on an MFW freeze model, and I get to accompany Rachel Roy while visiting Memphis as the headlining designer! Let the event’s begin!

Trunk Show 4/13 & 4/14

Shop the runway and support Memphis Fashion Design Network. Shop local designers as well as the designers you’ll see on the runway. A portion of all sales will benefit MFDN.
Headliner Luncheon 4/13

This is your chance to hear from our honorary guest and headlining designer Rachel Roy at an intimate luncheon. Join Memphis Fashion Week as we celebrate Rachel Roy, hear about her road to success and enjoy a beautiful lunch and trunk show. Tickets are for a table of 10.

Want to see one of my absolute favorite designers EVER? She will be showcasing at Friday night’s show. I am also wearing one of her pieces in these photos. Mary Ambrose is a retired flight attendant who started designing for trashion shows where she found her niche of rubber inner tubes. After 3 years with unconventional material, she has perfected her craft. She won the 2017 Mini Collection runway show. This year she is showing as one of MFW’s featured designers. I am not kidding when I say, her collection is ALWAYS a treat to see … mark my words, her designs will be seen on the likes of Lady Gaga or Beyonce. She is incredible!
