You all know I have been working on upping my protein intake this year as I try to build lean muscle after 8 years of putting my body on the back burner to raise kiddos. My new focus has me trying new foods and recipes. I struggle with breakfast because I am just not a breakfast gal but this new take on the waffle, has me excited every morning! In this post, I am sharing my Chaffle recipe and revealing the recipe to the secret Peruvian inspired dipping sauce.

How to Make a Chaffle
First, plug in the Masterchef Bubble Waffler to preheat for use.
Crack 4 eggs into your mixing bowl.
Then, grate the fresh Smoked Gouda cheese. There is no limit on how much cheese you use in your Chaffle so grate to your liking. Once you are finished grating, pour the cheese into your mixing bowl.

Then, add 2 TBSP of all purpose flour and mix together.
Next, cut 2 sprigs of chives into the mixture and whisk together.

Pour the mixture into your Masterchef Bubble Waffler and close the lid. Flip the bubble waffler over after about 30 seconds and let it sit for about a minute.
Open the Bubble Waffler and remove your Chaffle. Now for the best part, the secret Peruvian inspired dipping sauce/topping.
Peruvian Inspired Dipping Sauce
Mix Cilantro, 1 jalapeño, 2 cloves of garlic, mayonnaise, a dollop of sour cream, and a TBSP of lime juice in a food processor.
You can use as much or as little mayonnaise and cilantro for consistency.
