4 Items to Increase Your Fitness Levels and Improve Personal Wellness

You all know that I have been on a health and wellness journey for the entirety of the year! It started as a New Years Resolution and has extended well into over half of the year. From different recipes and fitness challenges to athleisure fashion and fitness accessories, this year I have been trying new things to get my excited and hooked on health. In this post, I am sharing some of my favorite additions to my new wellness routine!

About 10 years ago, I tried ballet as an adult. While I wasn’t a Sugar Plum fairy in The Nutcracker, I truly enjoyed learning more about ballet. A Stretch Strap
